Jefferson Regional Medical Center welcomes the referral of patients from across South Arkansas. We have a team of 10 Hospitalist physicians trained in Internal Medicine or Family Practice who specialize in caring for patients while they are in the hospital. They manage all aspects of a patient’s medical treatment from the time of admission until the time of discharge. Hospitalists only see patients in the hospital and are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and work in collaboration with primary care physicians (PCP) to provide exceptional care to referrals.
