COVID-19 Wellness Center Update:

1. All staff and members will be screened for temperature upon arrival
2. It is requested that unvaccinated members continue wearing face coverings at the Wellness Centers at any time during which they are not actively exercising
3. Vaccinated members may choose not to wear face coverings
4. Equipment should be sanitized (before and) after each use with antibacterial wipes
5. Hand sanitizer is available throughout the facility
6. Partitions have been placed between most equipment on the ground floor

Living well means staying well. Open since 1987, the JRMC Pine Bluff Wellness Center has a full range of programs to meet the wellness and fitness needs of your entire family. Our 22,500-sqft facility is home to state-of-the-art cardio equipment, selectorized strength equipment, free weights, group exercise classes, studio cycling and much more.  A half-mile outdoor track is free for the public and popular with walkers and runners year round. Les Mills programs – BodyPump, BodyFlow, BodyStep, RPM, BodyVive, CXWorx, and GRIT provide excellent workouts, and we have two Senior Classes, Super Seniors and PACE – see below for class schedules. All of our full-time staff are certified personal trainers and hold a degree in the field. Locker rooms with showers are also provided. We are always here to keep your health goals on track!

Patrons of our 12,250-sqft White Hall location offers a variety of cardio equipment, free weights and Les Mills group fitness classes, plus two racquetball courts. Membership is just under 1,000.
