Gastroenterologist, Ian T. Gaillard, MD, FACG, earned his medical degree from Howard University College of Medicine in Washington, D.C. He completed an Internal Medicine residency at Penn State University, Milton S. Hershey Medical Center, in Hershey, Pennsylvania. He was a fellow in Transplant Hepatology at the University of Tennessee, Methodist University Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee, and in Gastroenterology/Hepatology from Howard University Hospital in Washington, D.C.
Dr. Gaillard is a member of the physician team at Jefferson Regional GI Associates and the Jefferson Regional Medical Staff. He is board certified in Gastroenterology/Hepatology. He is a member of the American Gastroenterology Association and the American College of Gastroenterology.
When he is not caring for patients, Dr. Gaillard enjoys traveling to warm, beachfront locations; watching college football; and spending time with his family and friends. Although his childhood dream was to explore the world on a sailboat, he is happy to be serving the well deserving community of Southeast Arkansas and feels he is living his adult dream!
