Living well means staying well. Open since 1987, the JRMC Pine Bluff Wellness Center has a full range of programs to meet the wellness and fitness needs of your entire family. Our 22,500-sqft facility is home to state-of-the-art cardio equipment, selectorized strength equipment, free weights, group exercise classes, studio cycling and much more. A half-mile outdoor track is free for the public and popular with walkers and runners year round. Les Mills programs – BodyPump, BodyFlow, BodyStep, RPM, BodyVive, CXWorx, and GRIT provide excellent workouts, and we have two Senior Classes, Super Seniors and PACE – see below for class schedules. All of our full-time staff are certified personal trainers and hold a degree in the field. Locker rooms with showers are also provided. We are always here to keep your health goals on track!
