To request a transcript, a written request must be either in person or emailed to Tracy McCorkle, mccorkletr@jrmctest.org and cc Michelle Newton, newtonm@jrmctest.org. Transcripts cannot be requested over the telephone, without written consent via email or in person.
There is a fee of $6.00 for all official and unofficial transcripts. Jefferson Regional School of Nursing does not send official transcripts via email. This is to be paid at the Cashier’s office at Jefferson Regional and can be paid for in person or over the phone.
Please allow 5 to 7 business days for all transcripts to be processed and sent to the requested address.
